Description

Glenthorne is a cottage that dates from the 17th century or earlier, with later alterations. It is constructed with a timber frame and has a plastered exterior. The roof is covered with red plain tiles, and there is no chimney visible from the road. The cottage has two storeys and features a two-window range of vertically sliding sashes that include glazing bars and horns. The central entrance is a six-panelled door, which is flanked by a light and has a moulded surround, a flat canopy, and scroll brackets.
