The roof is covered with red plain tiles, and there are red brick chimney stacks on both the right and left sides of the building. The cottage has two storeys and features a lean-to addition on the right side. The front has a two-window range consisting of vertically sliding sashes with glazed margins or casements with glazing bars. The central entrance is a boarded door with two lights, topped by a small canopy supported by brackets.
