Description

Little Maplestead Hall Barn is an early 19th-century barn located approximately 50 metres northwest of Little Maplestead Hall. It is constructed with a timber frame and is weatherboarded, sitting on a brick plinth. The barn features a corrugated asbestos roof and has two gabled midstreys. It consists of six bays and is built with a queen strut and side purlin roof construction. The walls have through bracing. This barn is a good example of its type and forms an enclosed stock yard alongside the wall.
