Description
The Crinkle Crankle Wall and Garden Pavilion, located 5 meters northeast of Over Hall, is an early 19th-century structure. The wall is made of red brick laid in stretcher bond and extends northeast for 30 meters before turning northwest for 40 meters, ending at the pavilion. The wall consists of four bays in the first section and six bays in the second, standing approximately 2 meters high, topped with a 20th-century moulded clay coping. The pavilion is hexagonal and faces southwest, featuring a rear section of red brick and a front section of uncoursed pebble rubble with gault brick dressings. It has a two-centred window opening on each side of the doorway and a pyramidal roof.
