Description
The gate piers, gate, and walls located to the east, west, and south of The Hall, along with a summerhouse in the north corner, date from the early to mid-19th century. To the west of The Hall, there is a pair of tall red brick gate piers topped with a stone entablature and low pyramidal stops that support a wrought iron double gate. Flanking these are tall red brick walls with low curved stone coping, with the southern section sloping down in places to create a lower wall along the south front. In the extreme north-east corner, there is a small summerhouse featuring rendered walls and a conical roof covered in fish scale slates.
