GV II

House. Circa 1740, altered in C19. Red brick in Flemish bond, roofed with red interlocking concrete tiles. Triple range plan facing SW, with internal end stacks in front range. 2 storeys. 3-window range of C19 sashes with sidelights, of 4:12:4 lights, except the central first-floor sash of 12 lights, all with gauged flat arches. Central door with C19 trellised porch. Hipped roof. Extensive original internal detailing. Side-purlin roof with face-halved and bladed scarfs in wallplates.
