Description

This barn, located approximately 40 metres northeast of Purples Farmhouse, dates from the 18th to 19th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and is weatherboarded, resting on a brick plinth. The roof is covered with red pantiles and features two gabled midstreys with sliding vertically boarded doors. The barn consists of 10 bays and has a side purlin roof with a ridgeboard, along with through bracing to the walls. It is included for its group value.
