Description
Pentlow Mill and Mill House, including the wall to the left of the building, are dwellings that were formerly a watermill and mill house, constructed in the 18th century. The structure is timber framed and faced with red brick. It features a two-range red tiled roof with two gabled dormers on the left range. The right range has a gabled dormer and a weatherboarded gabled lucam supported by two brackets, which includes a small paned window. The building has two storeys and attics, with an eight-window range to the first floor and a three-three-one window range to the ground floor, showcasing various sliding sashes and casements, with segmental heads on those in the right range. There is also a central loft door in the right range. The left range has a panelled and pedimented door, along with an archway to the left of part-glazed garage doors. The property is topped with two red brick chimney stacks. To the left of the building, extending forward to the road, is a tall fling and red brick wall.
