Description

The Railway Arms Public House is a mid 19th century brick building, currently painted, located prominently at the eastern approach to Cavendish. It has two storeys and features a three-window range with double-hung sashes that include glazing bars, set in plain reveals. The windows are topped with stuccoed flat arches and keystones. There is a central doorway that has a semi-circular fanlight above it. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. This building is included for its group value, as it forms a group with Mizpah, Rawhide, and other nearby structures.
