Description

Highway Cottage is an 18th-century timber-framed and plastered house located on the north-west side of Newland Street. It is part of a group of properties that includes numbers 117 to 129 (odd) and 124 to 128 (even). The two-storey house has a stepped stone plinth and a three-window front. It features casement windows with leaded lattice lights. The roof is tiled and half-hipped at the north end.
