Description

This is an 18th-century timber-framed house with plaster rendering, located on the south side of The Street in Little Waltham. The front elevation features 20th-century scratch pargetting. The north front has a single window bay, while the west front has two. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The ground floor of the west front incorporates a 19th-century shop window with fluted pilasters and a cornice, and a central 6-panel door with a rectangular fanlight featuring ornamental glazing bars. This property forms a group with numbers 26, 30 to 42 (even), 29 to 39 (odd), and 43.
