Description

Ash Tree Cottage is a 17th century timber-framed and plastered house located on the south side of The Street in Little Waltham. The building has been renovated in the 20th century and has an extension at the west end. It stands two storeys high and features a three-window range with casement windows. The front of the cottage is decorated with pargetting in panels, designed in a style reminiscent of the 17th century. Inside, there are some original exposed beams. The roof is tiled.
