Description

No. 92 on Newland Street is a late 18th-century building featuring a red brick front. It stands three storeys tall and has cellars, with a five-window range. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars, set in cased frames. The central doorway is framed by a wooden doorcase with panelled reveals, a rectangular fanlight, and a pedimented hood supported by console brackets. The roof is slate and hinged. This property, along with Nos. 86 to 92 and the Congregational Chapel, forms a group with Nos. 72 to 78, Nos. 61 to 65, and Nos. 83 to 91.
