Description

No. 1 Guithavon Street is a red brick house dating from the late 18th to early 19th century. It has two storeys and features a five-window range with double-hung sashes that have glazing bars, all set in cased frames. The ground storey includes a 19th-century shop front, which has a wooden doorcase supported by pilasters and a cornice hood on console brackets. The roof is tiled.
