Description

No. 2 Church Street is a house that dates from the 17th or 18th century, with later alterations and additions. It is constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior, topped by a hipped roof covered in red plain tiles. There is a red brick chimney stack located to the right and at the rear of the building. The house has two storeys, featuring three windows on the first floor and two on the ground floor, all of which are vertically sliding sashes with glazing bars set in moulded surrounds. On the left side of the ground floor, there are 19th-century small paned double bay shop windows. A door is located on the right return of the building.
