Description

This is a barn located at the rear of School Farm, approximately 40 metres west of the house. It dates from the 18th century and is constructed with a timber frame and weatherboarding. The roof is made of corrugated asbestos, and there is a central gabled midstrey. On either side of the midstrey are lean-to extensions made of grey slate. The barn consists of three bays and features hanging knees to the tie beams, as well as through bracing to the walls. The floor is made of edge bricks.
