Description
This barn, located 22 metres north-north-west of Bullocks Farmhouse, dates from the 18th to early 19th century. It features a timber frame that is weatherboarded and has a roof made of corrugated asbestos. The base wall is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond. The barn consists of five bays oriented from north-north-west to south-south-east, with a midstrey on the east-north-east side. There are lean-to extensions on both sides of the midstrey, along with other buildings nearby that are not included in this listing. The main roof has half-hipped ends, as does the roof over the midstrey. The roof overhangs the large doors, of which both pairs are still present. The structure includes primary straight bracing and bolted knees to the straight tiebeams, along with a clasped purlin roof.
