Description

School Farmhouse is a house dating from the 17th century, with later additions and alterations. It is constructed from timber framing and plastered, featuring batten decoration. The roof is covered with red plain tiles, and there are external red brick chimney stacks on both the right and left sides. At the rear, there is a wing. The building is two storeys high and has a two-window range of 19th-century small-paned vertically sliding sashes on the first floor, while the ground floor features 20th-century red tiled hipped bays with casement windows. A central gabled porch, also red tiled, leads to a panelled door. Some timber framing is exposed internally.
