Description

Eastend Farmhouse is a house dating from the 17th century and earlier. It is timber framed and plastered, topped with a red plain tiled roof that is hipped to the north. The building has two storeys and a double range plan. The front features two windows with 19th century vertical sliding sashes that include glazing bars, while the north elevation has 20th century casements. There is a semi-octagonal, flat-topped bay window with late 19th century vertical sliding sashes. At the south end, there is a single storey extension and a small gabled porch. The original red brick chimney stack has diagonal shafts.
