Description

Jesus College Farmhouse is a house that was formerly a farmhouse, dating from the early 17th century. It was originally extended further to the east of the existing building and has a 20th-century extension to the west. The structure is timber-framed and plastered, topped with a hipped plain tile roof. It is two storeys tall and has an L-plan layout, featuring a hall with a wing to the right and a large internal stack to the left that is now exposed. There are two side stacks on the right side. Inside, the house has stop-chamfered and ovolo-moulded primary ceiling beams, an exposed timber frame, and a large open hearth. The farmhouse is located to the south of a moated site.
