Description

Pear Tree House is a cottage dating from the early 19th century. It is timber-framed with pebbledashed render and features red brick gables that have been extended to the right with one bay of gault brick. The roof is covered with pantiles and the building stands two storeys high. There is a ridge stack located to the left of the centre. The cottage has two horizontal sliding sash windows on the ground floor and two on the first floor, along with two four-panelled doors.
