Description

Lyndale Cottage is a cottage dating from the late 17th century or early 18th century. It has a timber frame, is plastered, and features a long straw thatched roof with half hips. The cottage has an axial red brick ridge stack and is one storey with an attic. The front includes a tiled gabled dormer that has a horizontal sliding sash window. There is a baffle entry doorway with a 19th-century four flush panelled door, alongside a 19th-century window with glazing bars. Additionally, there are two other ground floor windows, one of which is a three-light horizontal sliding sash.
