Description
Manor Farmhouse is a house built in the late 18th century, with an extension added to the northwest side around 1840. The structure is timber-framed and rendered, featuring flint and red brick detailing on the 1840 section. It has a mansard tiled roof with side and end stacks. The main range runs north-south and consists of two storeys and an attic. There is one swept dormer with small pane horizontal sliding sashes, three first floor casements, and two doorways along with two modern windows on the ground floor. The 1840 remodelling included the addition of the northwest range and the principal front was created in this extension. The new section has flint and red brick dressings and a low pitch slate roof. Three windows have segmental arches, including two with original horizontal sliding sashes and one that is a sealed opening. There is also a blocked central doorway with a round-headed arch.
