Description

The Orchards is a cottage dating from the late 17th century or early 18th century. It features a timber-framed structure that is rendered and has a tiled gabled roof, complete with an original red brick axial ridge stack. The building has a three-bay layout with a lobby entry plan oriented with its end facing the road. It is one storey high with an attic and includes three dormers. The cottage has a boarded door and flush frame casements, with some applied framing visible on the walls.
