Description

A pair of cottages dating from the 18th century, originally timber-framed and now plastered with a corrugated iron roof. A tall brick ridge stack is located centrally. The cottages have two plain tiled gable dormer windows. A gable wall constructed of gault brick is visible on the left-hand side. They are one storey high with an attic. The cottage to the south has a half-glazed panelled door and two fixed light ground floor windows, along with a horizontal sliding sash dormer window. The northern cottage features three casement windows and a half-glazed panelled door. The cottages were recorded in R.C.H.M.: East Cambs, page 71, monument 26.
