Description

Kings Hatch is a cottage dating from the 17th century. It features a timber frame with plaster and painted brick. The roof is made of long straw thatch and is half-hipped to the west. There is a local brick ridge stack with grouped diagonal shafts. The cottage has one storey and an attic, arranged in a three-unit plan. The facade includes two dormer windows, two modern three-light casement windows, and one small recessed window with segmental arches. The entrance has a panelled door.
