Description

Pear Tree Cottage is an 18th-century cottage located on the east side of Barton Road in Haslingfield. It features a timber-framed and clay lump construction, with plaster rendering and brick end walls. The roof is half-hipped and covered with buff pantiles, topped with a ridge stack. The cottage has a two-bay plan and a gable end facing the road, with one storey and an attic. On either side of the doorway, there are two flush frame four-pane hung sashes.
