Description

Brook Farmhouse is a cottage dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It features a timber-framed structure that is rendered and has a long straw thatched roof. The building has symmetrical end stacks and a two-bay plan that flanks a smaller hall and stair bay, with an original outshut at the rear. It is one storey high with an attic and has two horizontal sliding sash windows on either side of the doorway.
