Description

A range of model farm buildings at Church Farmhouse, dating from the mid-19th century, are now used as offices and workshops. They are constructed from gault brick and feature a low pitch hipped slate roof with dentilled eaves cornices. The buildings follow a model farm plan, consisting of three ranges for livestock, with the ends facing the road. To the east, there is another range topped by a three-stage water tower, which has gable pediments on each side and rusticated quoins. The windows are round-headed arches with iron casements.
