Fullers Hill Farmhouse is a circa 1840 farmhouse constructed of red brick with a slate roof and end stacks. The building comprises a main range with a kitchen wing to the rear and a two-storey porch situated centrally at the front. The porch has a hipped slate roof. The original doorway is framed by a moulded wood architrave. Round-headed arches frame the hung sash windows on the side walls of the porch. The first floor has three sixteen-pane hung sashes.
