Description

Brook Cottage is a 17th-century cottage located on the east side of Main Road in Little Gransden. It is timber-framed with roughcast rendered walls and a long straw thatched roof, which is half-hipped at the east end. A ridge stack has been rebuilt above the ridge. The cottage has a gable end facing the road. The layout is of one storey and an attic. On the south side are two modern wood casements, one on each side of a gabled, thatched porch. An attic casement and two pentice boards are visible on the end facing the road.
