Cottage, probably late C17 but much altered C20. Timber framed, rendered, on brick plinth of soft red brick with roof now of asbestos, hipped to right hand and half hipped to left hand. Original ridge stack with upper courses removed. Single range and original lobby entry plan, now with entry at rear. Two storeys. Three hung sashes. Original doorway now sealed. Interior: The framing is concealed but the rafters are original and there are stop chamfered main beams and abutting inglenooks, now blocked.
