Description
This is an early 19th-century cottage located north of numbers 9, 11, and 13 on Histon Water Lane. The cottage has a timber frame and plaster walls, with an asbestos roof. A tall gault brick stack rises from the ridge of the roof. The building is a single storey and has a boarded door and two horizontal sliding sash windows. It is included on the heritage list for its group value alongside numbers 9, 11, and 13.
