Description

This is a house dating from the 17th century, with alterations and rebuilding in the 18th and 19th centuries. It has a timber frame, partly exposed, with rough cast render and a casing of 19th-century gault brick. The roof is slate-covered. A tall 17th-century chimney stack with grouped shafts is a prominent feature. The house is L-shaped, with a closed porch set into the angle. Two of the internal elevations have three first-floor and three ground-floor windows, each with four panes in a sash window. A five-panelled door, dating from the 19th century, leads to the porch.
