Description

No. 12 The Green is a cottage that was originally three separate cottages, dating back to the 17th century, with some modern alterations. The building features a timber frame and is plastered, topped with long straw thatched roofs. It has two storeys, with four horizontal sliding sash windows on the ground floor and three on the first floor. The entrance is through a boarded door. A modern rear stack has replaced the original ridge stack. This cottage is included for its group value with other buildings on The Green.
