Description

No. 1 Broadway is a building from the late 18th century. It has three storeys and is constructed of painted gault brick with a slate roof. The façade features three windows with glazing bars. The doorway has a semi-circular head, and there is an original how window on the left supported by a pilaster that carries an entablature. To the right, there is a shop window. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 7 to 13 (odd), No. 17, and Nos. 21 to 39 (odd), along with the shop next to No. 1.
