GV 2. Earlier C19. 3 storeys. 2 windows. Hipped tile roof with projecting bracketted eaves. Gault brick with plain band at 2nd floor level. Recessed sash windows with segmental brick arches at 1st floor level, and original glazing bars with margin lights. Wooden shop front with bracketted cornice. Shop window altered. Included for group value.
