Description
Tithe Farmhouse, dated 1773, is located about 1 mile east of the railway bridge. The farmhouse is constructed of gault brick and features a double pile plan with two linked mansard roofs, all covered with tiles. It stands two storeys high with attics. On each side of the central entry, which has a modern porch, there are two later tripartite hung sashes alongside a hung sash with glazing bars. Inside, the original staircase consists of four flights with a closed string, turned balusters remaining in the upper flight, square newels, and a moulded rail.
