Description
Tutshill Farmhouse is a farmhouse that dates mainly from the late 18th century to early 19th century, but it likely includes some earlier materials. The building is constructed of rendered rubble and cob, topped with a slate roof that features ridge cresting. It has both axial and gable end brick stacks. The farmhouse is two stories tall and has a five-window range of timber sashes with glazing bars, including early 18th-century sashes with three panes and six panes. The entrance features a six-panelled door, with the middle panels being smaller, and there are two timber sashes to the left, each with eight panes. A French window is located at the left gable end, along with a single timber sash to the right, also with eight panes. The first floor timber sashes above have a configuration of four panes above eight panes. At the rear, there is an outshut that runs the length of the house and includes a tall round-arched stair window. A 20th-century brick extension to the left is not included in the listed description. The interior has not been inspected.
