Description

No. 12 Duck Street is a cottage dating from the late 17th century or early 18th century, with 20th-century alterations. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features freestone quoins. The cottage has a thatched roof with parapet gables and red brick end stacks. The entrance consists of a boarded door, and there are three windows of various sizes, each with wooden lintels. Additionally, there are two casement windows and eyebrow dormer windows.
