Description
This is a cottage located at 33 Duck Street, dating from the late 17th century or early 18th century, with a later addition from the 19th century. The building is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with freestone dressings and features a thatched roof, while the rear has a red pantiled roof from the 19th century. The main range has one storey and an attic, with a central boarded door and two three-light casement windows that have wooden lintels. There are also two eyebrow dormer windows with iron casements. A stone stack is positioned on the right-hand gable, featuring two rebuilt red brick shafts, and there is an external red brick stack on the left-hand gable.
