Description

Swans Weir is a late 16th century or early 17th century cottage located on the south side of Church Street in Woodhurst. The building features a gable end facing the road and has a three-unit plan. It is constructed with a timber frame and rendered exterior, topped with a half-hipped thatched roof and a ridge stack. There is one dormer on the roof and two modern casement windows at ground level. The entrance is situated opposite the stack.
