The building occupied by Totus Limited is a mid-19th century structure that was formerly a toll house. It is a single-storey building with two windows and features a tiled roof adorned with ornamental ridges and corbelled eaves. The exterior is constructed of gault brick with stone dressings. Notable architectural details include stone surrounds to the round-arched windows, which have label mouldings, and a pedimented feature above the central window that contains a niche.
