This is an early 19th-century cottage, originally part of a 17th-century house that has since been demolished. The cottage is constructed of gault and red brick laid in a chequerboard pattern. It has a tiled roof with a gable parapet on the southeast side and a red brick ridge stack. The cottage is two storeys high and features two horizontal sliding sash windows with glazing bars, flush with the facade. Segmental arches are above the two windows and above the doorway. The interior includes a flat section balustrade to the staircase and an inglenook hearth constructed from gault brick.
