This is an early 18th-century former coach house and stables, originally associated with Old House and now situated within the garden of number 50. The building is constructed of red brick, with a rebuilt north gable end. It has a 19th-century slate roof and a decorative band separating the ground and first storeys. A hayloft opening is visible at the first floor level. The building is listed for its group value.
