Description

Nos. 103 and 105 on High Street are a pair of mid-19th century estate cottages. They are one storey with an attic, constructed from painted gault brick and topped with a tiled roof. The cottages feature two tall ridge stacks with grouped shafts set diagonally. There are four gabled dormers adorned with pierced bargeboarding. On either side of a shared, open-sided gabled porch, which also has pierced bargeboarding, are four casement windows. The two doorways have splayed reveals and pointed arches, with original boarded doors that include covered strips and original hinges and fittings.
