Description
No. 28 Hill Street is an early 19th-century house located in Wisbech. It is constructed of local brown brick, and the roof is not visible. The building has three storeys and features three bays. On the second floor, there are three nine-pane hung sash windows set in flat brick arches with stone cills. The first floor has three twelve-pane hung sash windows in similar arches. There is a late 19th-century shop with a recessed glazed door. The house door, located to the west, is in a round-headed arch and includes a patterned fanlight above a six-panelled door. The door jamb to the west has been partly rebuilt in the late 19th century.
