Description

No. 52 North Brink is an early 19th-century house that was extended by one bay to the north-east shortly after its original construction. It is built of local brown brick and features a shallow pitched slate roof with end stacks. The house has two storeys and a brick plinth. On the first floor, there are three recessed hung sash windows with glazing bars, set in cambered gauged brick arches with stone cills. The ground floor has three similar windows and a six-panelled door topped with a rectangular fanlight. There is a cellar associated with the later extension. The interior includes late 19th-century details and a rebuilt staircase made using 19th-century materials.
