Description
10 Union Street is a mid to late 19th-century shop constructed of brown brick. It features a low-pitched pantile roof with a chimney stack on the north side. The building has two storeys and is arranged in three bays, with a side passageway that includes a round-headed outer arch on the left. The shop front, dating from the early 20th century, has a central half-glazed door and a rectangular fanlight above it. There is one flat-roofed dormer window. The eaves are adorned with a dentil brick cornice. On the façade, two recessed, two-paned hung sash windows with cambered brick arches flank a central painted blind window.
