Description

Charles Cole and Vermiculite (Chatteris Limited) is a 19th-century brewery located on High Street. The building is two storeys high, constructed of gault brick, and features a slate roof. In the southeast corner, there is a rectangular sectioned chimney stack that was originally detached. The east-facing wall has a blind arcade, with ranges of windows set in segmental arches.
